Role & responsibilities Assist in drafting, scheduling, and analyzing the performance of content for blogs, emails, and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) to drive brand awareness. Proactively identify and research potential B2B sales leads and maintain the accuracy of prospect data within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Help monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns (e.g., email open rates, website traffic, conversion rates) using analytics tools. Draft and personalize introductory outreach messages (email and LinkedIn) to qualified leads to initiate conversations and build the sales pipeline. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform both marketing strategy and sales messaging.
