Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, researching potential clients, and generating leads. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company. Product Expertise: Developing a strong understanding of the company's printing and packaging products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients. Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiating prices, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals. Market Research: Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams, such as production, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction. Sales Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, preparing sales reports, and providing updates on sales performance. Problem Solving: Addressing customer inquiries and concerns, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Representing the Company: Attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.  Required Skills: Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales, including lead generation, closing deals, and relationship management. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.(Kannada Hindi & English) Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and contracts. Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the printing and packaging industry and the company's products and services. Customer Focus: Ability to understand and address customer needs and provide excellent customer service. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and collaborate to achieve common goals.
