Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to promote and sell loan and financial products to individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients to offer loan and financial products. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Understand clients' financial needs and recommend suitable products. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and competitors. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services or banking. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of financial products such as personal loans, business loans, credit cards, etc. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
