Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Actively reach out to potential leads and convert them into customers. Client Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end process of onboarding new clients and spaces, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain sales, client, and operational data in our systems. Administrative Support: Provide crucial administrative support to the founders and the team to ensure operational efficiency. Collaboration: Work closely with the founders on strategic initiatives and daily operations. Ideal Candidate Profile: A female candidate with 0 to 1 year of experience. (Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply!) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic understanding of sales principles and a strong desire to build a career in business development. Basic in MS Office (especially Excel and Word). A self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving attitude. Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.
