Role Description: As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition in new markets, pioneering financial products for businesses, and developing growth strategies. The position demands a strong sales background, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, persistence, and a keen interest in engaging with new business customers. Job Location: Solitaire Corporate Park, Andheri, Mumbai Work Model: Work from Office, Monday to Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are off. Shift Timings: US Shift Timings (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM) Your Role: - Drive sales through new accounts for revenue growth, focusing on outbound and inbound leads in the US market. - Develop and execute account plans to achieve targets, including account qualification, mapping, and delivering product presentations. - Identify customers" business objectives, overcome obstacles, and establish long-term strategic partnerships. - Understand customers" needs and objectives to align proposed solutions/services with their business growth. - Prospect potential clients through direct methods, networking, and industry research. - Serve as the primary client contact for multiple accounts. - Address complex customer queries related to our product offering. Our Checklist: - Demonstrate ownership and a proven track record of achieving results. - Display high motivation and be a self-starter. - Possess 4-5+ years of sales experience. - Exhibit strong relationship-building skills with key decision-makers in small/medium & large-sized companies in the respective territory. - Be comfortable with an individual-contributor role. - Previous experience in trade finance, international logistics, or related fields to exports is advantageous.,
