Hiring for a client: Business Development Specialist
About the job
The ideal candidate will help drive revenue growth by building a strong pipeline of sales leads and helping create the market strategy. You will be responsible for establishing a strong relationship with new prospects as well as maintaining a strong relationship with existing accounts. Your effective communication and interpersonal skills will help you succeed within the sales team.
Job Location - Andheri, Mumbai
Work Model - Work from Office, Monday to Friday (Saturdays and Sundays are off)
Shift timings - US Shift Timings (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM)
Responsibilities
* Qualify potential clients through outbound efforts such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
* Schedule meetings with the clients to discuss product features, benefits, and value proposition
* Ensure all client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
* Be proactive at figuring out creative ways to reach out and smartly navigate your way to get in touch with decision-makers
* Close deals and bring revenue to the organization
* Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience selling to US, Europe, and Canada clientele
* Experience in outbound presales, with the ability to generate leads independently
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
