Business Development Representative - Industrial Services - Bangalore

As a Business Development Representative for Industrial Services at Clean Harbor, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business by engaging prospects and re-engaging inactive customers. Your responsibilities will include conducting outbound calls and email outreach, conducting thorough research on customer needs and market trends, and developing strategies to position Clean Harbor as a leading service and solutions provider. You will be tasked with qualifying leads based on service interest and urgency, setting up discovery calls or site visits for field sales representatives, and maintaining the sales pipeline towards closure. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing reports on interactions, sales activities, and collaborating with team members to create outbound prospecting campaigns. To excel in this role, you should have over 3 years of proven experience in driving outbound sales in both B2B and B2C environments. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and proficiency in English are essential. You should possess excellent relationship-building skills, customer orientation, and a strong work ethic. A growth mindset, high integrity, and adaptability to change are key attributes we are looking for in a candidate. This position requires working in rotational shifts between 4:30 PM to 5:00 AM at our office in Hebbal, Bangalore, five days a week.
