Title: Field Sales & Relationship Executive – Dealer Network

Location: NTR, Krishna & Guntur Districts

Job Summary:
We're hiring a field-smart executive to engage with Dealers, build relationships, and book regular orders. This is a volume-driven, ground-level role ideal for someone who fits in with dealers and can help us grow trade flow. The segment has thin margins but high volume.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily field visits to Dealers in assigned area
• Build strong local relationships and maintain regular touchpoints
• Book regular orders from existing and new dealers
• Track and report competitor prices and dealer-level insights
• Help scale volume business in this segment
• Coordinate internally for smooth order fulfillment
• Submit daily activity and order reports

Requirements:

• 10th/12th pass or any graduate
• Grounded personality; must blend with dealer crowd
• Basic communication skills in local language
• Own two-wheeler + valid license preferred
• Self-motivated, dependable, and field-oriented
