Job Summary:

Regalo Kitchens is hiring an experienced Business Development to manage company-generated leads, handle client meetings, and close sales. The focus will be on client conversion, relationship management, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client meetings and understand requirements and budgets
  • Present proposals, quotations, and commercial terms to clients
  • Follow up with prospects to ensure timely closures
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion ratios
  • Coordinate with internal design and operations teams post-deal closure

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in interior sales/business development (closing-focused)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills
  • Ability to close deals efficiently using provided leads
  • Customer-centric approach with a result-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with interior products and solutions preferred
