We are looking for Experienced Marketing & Sales Personnel to Promotes, Markets & Sells Medical & Surgical healthcare, Rehabilitation & Orthopaedic among Institutional AND Trade segment products

Key Responsibilities:

· Product Promotion: Introduce and promote the company's products to healthcare professionals, highlighting their benefits, composition, and usage guidelines.

· Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to increase product prescriptions.

· Dealer/ Distributor handling: Manage dealers & distributors of allotted territory. Also responsible for appoint new dealer and making good rapport with Hospital purchase.

· Market Research: Gather market insights and feedback from healthcare professionals to inform product development and sales strategies.

· Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales figures, and market feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Sciences (Preferred), Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales and negotiation expertise
• Technical knowledge of pharmaceutical / surgical products and medical devices
• Time management and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
