Business development & program outreach manager

Location: Chennai (with domestic and international travel as required)

• Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development & Program Outreach Manager to lead the promotion and expansion of our programs. The role involves identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and securing collaborations with corporates, colleges, clubs, and community organizations—both in India and internationally.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly skilled in marketing, networking, and negotiation, with a passion for personal development and making a real impact on people’s lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach corporates, colleges, associations, clubs, and Tamil community organizations to host Mastering the Thoughts workshops and sessions.
• Develop partnerships with domestic and international organizations to expand program reach.
• Pitch and present the program effectively to decision-makers, highlighting its unique benefits.

Negotiate terms, secure collaborations, and coordinate arrangements for successful program delivery.

• Work closely with the internal team to plan, organize, and execute workshops/events.
• Maintain and grow strong relationships with clients, partners, and community leaders.
• Track progress, prepare reports, and suggest strategies to scale outreach.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to close deals.
• Excellent communication skills (Tamil and English fluency required; additional languages are a plus).
• Experience working with corporates, educational institutions, or international communities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹32,367.86 per month
