Marketing & event coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Event & Outreach Coordinator to help us expand the reach of the Mastering the Thoughts program. This role involves contacting agents, clubs, organizations, colleges, and corporates both in India and internationally to arrange workshops, events, and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential partners (agents, institutions, corporates, community clubs) in India and abroad.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships to secure workshop and event opportunities.

Coordinate logistics for online and offline events.

Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach with our brand vision.

Track outreach efforts and report progress regularly. Assist in building long-term partnerships to grow the program’s presence. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (any field, preference for Business/Marketing/Communication). Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English + Indian regional languages, Tamil preferred). Prior experience in outreach, events, or business development is a plus (freshers with confidence can apply). Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet targets. Willingness to learn about the personal growth and mental wellness industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month
