Job Description

As a Project Lead you will be handling a team and help them the high-level system study, analyzing the requirements and build up optimal solutions; setup the development, staging and production environments; develop DB schema; conduct quality checks and signal for releases; planning, executing the sprints, and take ownership of deliveries; document the developments, release notes and maintain the source codes in repositories. You will be guiding, facilitating training and build up the team. Experience: 6+ years Required Tech Skills Strong Web & Mobile app and Server technology skills. Background skills with open source technologies like PHP, Javascript frameworks, NodeJs, MySQL, NoSQL, React, etc. Excellent understanding of business flows and strategies across the verticals. Ability to troubleshoot complex development problems and provide optimal solutions. Ability to handle multiple priorities across projects. Ability to do project risk analysis and take proactive actions to prompt deliveries. Ability to maintain high customer satisfaction rates. Ability to build, train teams and keep them engaged towards project and organization goals. Experience in project budgeting and profit-ranking. Required Soft Skills Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills. Excellent team and client handling skills with a balance. Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent documentation & charting skills. Good leadership skills to build self and build others. A lot of proactiveness. Apply now
