Business Development Professional – Energy Sector

Business Development professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities in the Energy sector
• Manage business development activities for

  ADB, JICA, and other multilateral-funded projects

• Lead and coordinate

  bidding/tendering activities

  , including EOI, RFQ, and RFP processes
• Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams
• Maintain and update opportunity pipelines using

  SAP

  or similar ERP systems
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to support project acquisition
• Monitor market trends, upcoming tenders, and competitor activities

Key Requirements:

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in

  Business Development

  , preferably in a

  consultancy firm

• Proven experience working on

  ADB and JICA-funded projects

• Strong understanding of

  bidding and tendering processes

• Working knowledge of

  SAP

• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Available to join in 45-60 days.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in international or multilateral project environments
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids simultaneously
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
