Job Description

As a Business Development Partner at TECHTRIBE, your role is to proactively grow our client base by leveraging your strong sales instincts and network of potential clients seeking software development services. This commission-only position offers you the opportunity to earn a generous percentage for every successful project deal closed. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and approach businesses, startups, or founders in need of software solutions. You will effectively present and pitch our development capabilities, understand client requirements, and coordinate initial scoping calls. Acting as the liaison between the client and our technical team until project onboarding, you will help close the deal and ensure a smooth handoff to the delivery team. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in B2B software or IT service sales, possess an existing client or founder network (startups, SMEs, enterprises), and have a basic understanding of software product lifecycles. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.,
