What You’ll Do

• Research ideal clients and build accurate prospect lists
• Run outreach on LinkedIn, email, and other channels
• Research and apply proactively on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
• Use tools like Sales Navigator + outreach/automation tools
• Qualify leads and bring them to the discovery call stage
• Work closely with the founders on growth strategies

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in business development, lead gen, or outreach
• Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator & BD tools
• Good communication (written & verbal) and research skills
• Proactive, organized, and eager to experiment & grow
• Comfortable with outreach automation tools & CRM systems
• Experience in creative/marketing/video agencies is a plus
• Experience working on BD on freelance websites like Upwork would be a plus
