Business Development Officer

Experience Required: 2-5 years in sales/business development (preferably in architecture, interiors, or construction industry)
Salary: 35,000-45,000 + Incentives
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit architects, architectural firms, builders, construction companies, and interior design firms to promote our products.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals.
• Present product to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries.
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the architecture, building materials, or interiors industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel locally or regionally for client meetings.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
• Vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
