You will be working as a Business Development Executive at Noronic Pharmaceutical Private Limited. Your main responsibility will be to identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships and sales opportunities to contribute to revenue growth. As a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business success, you will play a crucial role in the company's growth. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation (B2B). - Shortlist suitable manufacturers based on product type, quality, capacity, and certifications like GMP, WHO, and ISO, ensuring they meet all legal and quality standards. - Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients & Vendors. - Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential partners and customers. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align business development strategies with company goals. - Negotiate and finalize commercial terms, production timelines, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and strategic business deals with manufacturers and partners for cost efficiency and sustained revenue growth. - Track and report on business development performance metrics. - Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Qualifications Required: - B. This is a full-time position with working hours from 10.00 A.M to 6.00 P.M. The work location is in person.
