Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential clients.
• Handle lead generation, client follow-ups, and convert leads into sales.
• Conduct client meetings, explain real estate projects, and organize site visits.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and business development targets.
• Conduct market research to identify competition and new opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and client databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
• Confident, self-motivated, and result-driven personality.
• Knowledge/experience in the Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Emails, CRM tools) preferred.
• Must hold a graduate degree.
