Business Development Officer (BDO)

As a Business Development Officer (BDO) at SCHS, your role involves developing and implementing strategies to increase the visibility and reach of Symbiosis Centre for Health Skills (SCHS). Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the social media handles of SCHS and updating them on a daily basis. - Identifying and establishing associations with healthcare organizations, hospitals, universities, and other relevant stakeholders to promote the programs and courses offered by SCHS. - Creating promotional materials and campaigns to attract prospective students and delegates in collaboration with the internal team. - Identifying industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent SCHS and build relationships with key stakeholders. - Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of business development initiatives and making recommendations for improvement. - Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure SCHS remains competitive and innovative in the healthcare skills sector. - Assisting in the development of new courses, programs, and other offerings based on market demand and feedback from stakeholders. - Performing any other duties assigned by management from time to time. Qualifications required for this role include a Medical Degree along with an MBA. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
