Note: Commission rates (0.3 to 0.6% of contract value , only released when project deal is finalized and paid, commissions are variable and are subject to contract value) What You’ll Do Generate leads – build and update a directory of architects, landowners & material dealers; schedule 10+ meetings / week. Pitch & close – explain our milestone-escrow, live-CCTV USP; coordinate site visits; log every touch-point in CRM (HubSpot/Airtable). Create sales assets – design two-page brochures and WhatsApp flyers for construction & interior offerings using Canva / PowerPoint . Market intelligence – track competitor rates, new projects, government tenders in Raipur–Bhilai–Bilaspur. Report – weekly funnel report (leads, meetings, proposals, wins) to the founders. Must-Have Skills Strong Hindi & conversational English. Basic Canva or PowerPoint portfolio (college projects acceptable). Comfort with Excel / Google Sheets for margin calculations. Own two-wheeler & smartphone for site/architect visits. Nice-to-have: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Justdial, IndiaMART, or previous internship in construction / real-estate sales. 90-Day Success Metrics 80 new architect/dealer contacts added to CRM. 12 qualified leads converted to proposals. 6 brochures/flyers designed and approved. (subject to requirements) CRM accuracy ≥ 95 % (all calls & meetings logged same day). Meet or beat these KPIs and you’ll move to Assistant Manager (₹20k-25k fixed + higher % commission) within one year.
