As a Business Development Executive at Hotel Chenthur Park, your role will involve driving revenue growth through various responsibilities such as: - Identifying and developing new business opportunities by targeting corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. - Promoting the hotel's facilities and services, including rooms, restaurants, banquet spaces, and special packages. - Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas. - Preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals. - Collaborating with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and events. - Representing the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to attract potential clients. - Tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics and providing insights to management. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the hospitality industry. - Strong negotiation and presentation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. - Knowledge of the local market and business trends is a plus.
