Were Hiring SaaS Sales Manager (Healthcare IT)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the features and roadmap of the company's IT healthcare products.
  • Engage with hospital stakeholders (virtually and in person) to identify business needs and align them with product capabilities.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the product vision, objectives, value proposition, and architecture to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Drive lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and participation in healthcare conferences.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to hospital decision-makers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams to provide market feedback and influence the product roadmap.
  • Build and maintain strong post-sales relationships to identify upselling opportunities and drive renewals.
  • Respond to RFPs, reports, and customer documentation as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 2–3 years focused on selling to hospitals.
  • Strong network within the hospital ecosystem and familiarity with hospital procurement processes.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare IT solutions and SaaS purchasing behavior.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a customer-first approach and problem-solving ability.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment.
