Business Development manager– Sales & Marketing
Education Degree / Date Earned- BE (Polymers)/ MBA in Marketing/Sales
Experience or Leadership - 4+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing (Mostly Preferred from Polymer or Masterbatch ,Manufacturing company)
JOb profile
· To acquire new projects / opportunities/ customer account to
· Responsible for obtaining profitable results through sales & marketing as per the budgets & target.
· Be the primary contact for sales and accounting of our Biopolymers business.
· Building an annual business plan and budget with sales revenue and sales promotion programs
· Building strong customer- relations and customer centric sales organization.
· Manage sales administration function, operational performance
· Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, sales newsletters and electronic bulletins.
· Responsible for Maintaining individual territory sales and commission targets and administer the commission plan.
· Maintain relationships with existing customers to increase our market presence
· Responsible for payment collections and have continuous follow ups with the customers Purchase department.
Make periodic sales projections for the market segments and have continuous follow-ups on new programs at customer’s end.
Objective
· Toacquire & commercialize new projects & businesses for increasing pipeline as well as new sales target.
To facilitate growth, sales and marketing strategy.
