As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at our company, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Fluent communication in English, Tamil, and other languages will be an advantage. - Presentation skills are essential for effectively showcasing our software/products. - Graduation in any discipline is required. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in selling software/products. - Being a self-starter, you will be responsible for planning your daily schedule and reporting on a daily basis. - You should possess your own vehicle as travel reimbursement will be provided as per the company policy. - Salary should not be a constraining factor as long as you are committed to providing business growth. - Ability to understand customer needs and effectively convert cold calls into business opportunities. - Proficiency in problem-solving is crucial for this role.
