· He will plan his daily schedule and report on daily basis
· Should possess his own vehicle. Reimbursement of Travel will be provided as per the policy of the company.
· Salary should not be constraining factor as long as the BDM is committed to provide the Business.
· Ability to understand the customer needs and convert the Cold call into Business
· Should be conversant in Problem solving
