Business Development Manager with AD agency experience

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Kochi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and collaborating with the marketing and production teams. Daily tasks include market research, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and participating in client meetings. The role requires proactive engagement with potential clients and strategic planning to meet business growth goals.

• Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
• Marketing Strategy, Market Research, and Proposal Development skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in the advertising industry and knowledge of media production
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience with CRM software and project management tools is a plus
