Business Development Executive (International Sales – Australian Market)

Job Location: On site , Ahmedabad
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Timings: 4:00 AM – 01:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Experience Required: 02+ years in International B2B Sales (IT/Digital Marketing)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to focus exclusively on the Australian market and help us grow our international client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Focus on acquiring and managing Australian clients for digital marketing and IT services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, Web Design/Development, Branding).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Generate quality leads via LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, Upwork, cold calls, and virtual networking.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal digital marketing & creative teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on Australian market trends, competitors, and industry insights.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, manage sales pipeline, and provide regular reports.
  • Represent Intesols in Australian-focused webinars, virtual events, and expos.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/MBA (preferred).
  • Minimum 02 years of proven experience in international B2B sales (IT or digital marketing services).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and related services.
  • Excellent written & spoken English with a clear/neutral accent.
  • Prior experience working with Australian clients (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Target-driven, proactive, and convenient to work in Australian time zone from Office Only (4:00 AM – 1:30 PM)(Monday to Friday).
  • Ready for at least one year working commitment.
