Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to achieve sales targets across Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard potential clients such as architects, interior designers, developers, and HNI customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to generate referrals and repeat business.
  • Lead client presentations, product demos, and showroom tours to communicate .
  • Work closely with design and operations teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to execution.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing with clients.
  • Track pipeline, forecast sales, and report on performance metrics.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
  • Represent the brand in industry events, B2B forums, and design expos.
