Job Description:
We are hiring a motivated and confident Business Development Manager. The role involves telephonic interaction with customers, relationship building, and business generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contacting customers telephonically
• Generating and developing new business
• Regular follow-up with customers
• Maintaining customer and sales records
• Achieving assigned business targets

Eligibility / Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream) OR Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm)
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferred)
• Basic sales and customer-handling knowledge
• Willingness to learn and grow

Training & Compensation:

• First 3 months will be training/learning period (no salary)
• Salary and incentives will be offered after successful completion of training, based on performance
