Designial is a results-driven digital marketing agency and HubSpot Solutions Partner headquartered in Silicon Valley. We are expanding our global operations and are excited to launch our new India office, based in Pune. We specialize in helping US-based businesses scale by leveraging the full power of the HubSpot platform.

Position Overview

This is a hands-on sales and business development role with high earning potential, focused entirely on the US market. As a foundational member of our Pune-based global team, you will be 100% focused on a single goal: acquiring new US-based clients for our HubSpot-centric digital marketing services (e.g., HubSpot implementation, inbound marketing, SEO, PPC, and content strategy all managed on the HubSpot platform).

We are looking for a "Hunter" with the unique ability to bridge the time-zone and cultural gap. The ideal candidate is a resilient, articulate, and highly motivated professional, brilliant at opening doors, building trust, and closing deals with American businesses.

Your compensation will be heavily tied to your performance. We are offering an uncapped, aggressive commission structure on top of a base salary. This role requires working non-traditional hours to align with the US workday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation (US Market): Proactively identify and qualify potential US-based clients who are either using or are a perfect fit for the HubSpot platform.
  • Full-Funnel Sales: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and discovery calls (held during US hours) to proposals, negotiation, and closing the deal.
  • Setting Meetings: Your primary KPI will be booking qualified meetings with US-based decision-makers (Marketing Heads, Founders, CEOs).
  • Pitching & Proposals: Work directly with the founders to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the value of our HubSpot-related services.
  • Market Feedback: Be the "eyes and ears" on the ground, reporting back on US market trends, competitor activity, and client objections.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience: 2-5 years of direct B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Required: Must have experience selling services, not just products (e.g., agency services, IT services, SaaS).
  • Commitment to Certification: Must be willing and able to earn HubSpot Marketing and Sales certifications within the first 30 days of employment (training provided).
  • Exceptional English Communication: Native-level or flawless spoken and written English is non-negotiable. You must be able to build rapport, handle objections, and write persuasive proposals with perfect grammar and an understanding of US business etiquette.
  • Proven "Hunter": You must have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, with examples of key deals you've closed.
  • Willingness to Work US Hours: You must be willing and able to work evenings (e.g., 5 PM - 2 AM IST) to have a significant overlap with US business hours.
  • Resilient & Proactive: You must be a self-starter who is motivated by "the hunt" and the subsequent reward.
  • Based in Pune: Must be located in the Pune area and available for in-person team meetings.

Bonus Points (Preferred, Not Required)

  • Direct experience selling HubSpot solutions or selling for another HubSpot Solutions Partner is a massive advantage.
  • Direct experience selling digital marketing services to the US market.
