This is a senior, hands-on hybrid role , not a management position. We are seeking a commercial and strategic specialist with a proven track record in both growth marketing and business development . Create High-Converting Assets: Develop compelling email copy, ad creatives, stunning graphics, high-performance landing pages, and persuasive presentations. Business Development & Sales Alignment New Opportunity Sourcing: Proactively identify and research new market segments, strategic partnership opportunities, and high-value target accounts. Strategic Outreach: Work alongside leadership to engage target accounts, build relationships with key decision-makers, and convert marketing-generated interest into qualified sales conversations. Full-Funnel Ownership: Nurture qualified leads from the MQL stage through to SQL, ensuring a seamless handover to the closing team and providing support as needed. Position Overview This is a hands-on sales and business development role with high earning potential, focused entirely on the US market . As a foundational member of our Pune-based global team, you will be 100% focused on a single goal: acquiring new US-based clients for our HubSpot-centric digital marketing services (e.g., HubSpot implementation, inbound marketing, SEO, PPC, and content strategy all managed on the HubSpot platform). We are looking for a "Hunter" with the unique ability to bridge the time-zone and cultural gap.
