Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the

    U.S. healthcare

    domain (providers, payers, healthcare IT, life sciences, and medical device organizations).
  • Develop and execute strategic business development and go-to-market plans to grow Crescendo Globals client base in healthcare.
  • Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders

    (CXOs, hiring leaders, procurement teams) and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Understand client talent and project needs; collaborate internally with recruitment, delivery, and leadership teams to create customized talent solutions.
  • Manage the complete business development cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Conduct

    market research and competitive analysis

    to identify emerging trends in the U.S. healthcare ecosystem.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related field , MBA (advantage).
  • Ability to start the new projects from the scratch.

  • 5+ years of experience

    in business development, client acquisition, or sales within the

    U.S. healthcare

    or

    healthcare staffing/consulting

    industry.
  • Proven track record of driving

    revenue growth and managing enterprise-level client relationships

    .
  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare market dynamics

    (payer-provider ecosystem, health-tech, or life sciences).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams across geographies.
  • Flexibility to work in all U.S. time zones

  • Experience in

    healthcare outsourcing, healthcare IT sales, or staffing/recruitment services

    .
