Roles & Responsibilities

Leadership Level

Plan and execute marketing and business development activities as assigned.
Generate quality leads through platforms such as LinkedIn and others.
Perform cold calling, conversion, and B2B sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
Learn and present company products and services effectively to potential customers Strengthen the companys reach in the assigned market.
Implement marketing and promotional strategies for brand visibility and business growth.
Research and analyze markets to identify business opportunities.
Collaborate with senior management (Managers/Directors) to discuss strategies and business goals.
Suggest process improvements and ensure adherence to company culture and hierarchy.

Team Management Level

Motivate, manage, and mentor a team of 2-3 Business Development Executives (BDEs).
Team size to 2-3 members within a targeted timeframe.
Achieve business growth by driving team sales performance.
Train team members to ensure cooperation and collaboration.
Write a effective sales scripts, FAQs, and objection-handling sheets.
Implement strong sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Monitor team performance and productivity
Set and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Draft weekly engaging and motivational sales communications (emails, WhatsApp, etc.) for customers.
