The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and acquire new clients for our staffing and recruitment services, build long-term relationships, and drive consistent business growth. Key Responsibilities: ? Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients for IT and Non-IT staffing services. ? Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and client references. ? Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales and revenue targets. ? Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers. ? Conduct meetings with clients to understand manpower requirements and propose customized staffing solutions. ? Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely and quality candidate delivery. ? Handle client negotiations, contract closures, and renewals. ? Track market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities. ? Maintain accurate reports of client interactions, proposals, and sales performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. ? 36 years of proven experience in business development or client acquisition within the staffing/recruitment industry. ? Strong understanding of contract, permanent, and contract-to-hire (C2H) staffing models. ? Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. ?
