Job Description

Role Summary

This role is for Staff Augmentation directs lead qualification, client engagement and candidate submission activities within the Indian market. This role reports to the BDM and is responsible for converting leads into longterm retainer engagements while guiding a Lead Generation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute outbound prospecting efforts, identifying and qualifying leads for staffaugmentation services.
  • Lead and mentor the Staff Augmentation Lead Generation Specialist, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Develop and optimize outbound playbooks and messaging frameworks for the domestic market.
  • Conduct qualification calls to understand client requirements, budgets and timelines, and coordinate CV submissions and interviews.
  • Prepare pricing recommendations and negotiate rates and terms with clients in consultation with the BDM.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and maintain accurate data in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the BDM and delivery teams to ensure resource availability and successful onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals across various technologies by collaborating with recruitment and HR teams.
  • Screen and shortlist candidate rsums, arrange interviews and collect client feedback to refine selection.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to manage expectations, gather feedback and identify additional staffing needs.
  • Stay abreast of market salary trends and talent availability to advise clients on competitive pricing and contract structures.
  • Develop retention strategies for augmented staff by coordinating performance reviews, addressing issues and ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, engineering or a related field.
  • 7–9 years of experience in IT staffing or recruiting, with a track record of closing retainer engagements.
  • Strong understanding of India’s IT services market and talent landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and teamcoaching skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and talent platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri.
