Business Development Manager - Solar O&M and Tech Sales

We’re Hiring: Regional Business Development – Solar O&M + Tech Sales ⚡

Sundroid is on a mission to modernize solar plant operations with intelligent O&M services and smart monitoring technology. We're looking for a driven Regional Business Development Manager to grow our Solar O&M portfolio and promote our RMS (Remote Monitoring System) platform.

Delhi/ Bangalore/ Maharashtra)

💼 Experience: 2–4 Years in Solar EPC / O&M / Tech Sales

🎓 Qualification: Graduate / Engineer / MBA Preferred

🕒 Type: Full-Time | Field + Digital Engagement

🎯 What You’ll Do:

1. Identify & onboard new clients for Solar O&M contracts (rooftop + utility scale)

2. Pitch and sell Sundroid’s RMS platform for performance monitoring

3. Build channel partnerships with EPCs, consultants & solar asset owners

4. Drive regional lead generation, proposal follow-ups, and closure

5. Represent Sundroid in meetings, expos, and industry forums

6. Collaborate with the O&M and tech team for seamless client delivery

💡 You’re a Fit If You Have:

1. Strong network in solar industry (rooftop/ground-mounted segments)

2. Prior experience in O&M, AMC, SCADA, or solar software sales

3. Proven track record in B2B sales, lead conversion, and regional growth

4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

5. Passion for clean energy and tech-driven solutions
