Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and close Solar EPC leads in the C&I segment

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets

Manage client relationships and coordinate with project teams

Conduct technical and commercial consultations

Track market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

5+ years in Solar EPC or related sales roles

Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, PPAs, and policies

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Bachelors in Engineering/Business (MBA preferred)

Willing to travel across Delhi NCR

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
