Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 5–10 years of experience in government tenders, bids, and PSU engagements. The ideal candidate will possess strong networking skills and a proven track record of sales success in the states of Uttar Pradesh (UP), Maharashtra (MH), and Madhya Pradesh (MP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in government and public sector units (PSUs).
• Lead the end-to-end bidding process for government tenders, including documentation, submission, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government departments and PSUs.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets in UP, MH, and MP.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government procurement policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals and solutions.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience in business development, specifically in government tenders and PSU sales.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proven sales experience in UP, MH, and MP.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with government procurement portals and e-tendering platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience working with government clients or public sector organizations
