Business Development Manager


Adding revenues in the company by bringing sales from EPC (Engineering, Procurement & construction) projects in Solar & ESS from corporate & industrial clients only.

• Business Development in Solar & ESS EPC by reaching out to private sector &

Public Sector companies.

• Customer Identification, Generating & converting the leads in Sales

• Maintaining co-ordination with the tender team to keep a check on available tenders.

• Checking Feasibility analysis from technical team while bidding a tender or filing

Expression of interest for a private back-to-back job.

• Making Pitch presentations for government departments or private companies.

• Making Techno-commercial proposals and presentations for deal closing.

• Taking company products & services to the targeted markets & making sales

pitches.

• Setting quarterly sales targets along with sales strategy immediate division head &

planning resources to accomplish the same.

• Handling of Requisite Pre-Bid & business Development activities to pursue better

& attractive market in renewable & new energy segments.

• Business Development activities like liaison with concerned, land aggregation

activities, pre-bid tie ups & market intelligence etc.

• Problem solving & solution driven approach to implement alternative energy on Field

• Innovation in new product development

• Expert in Power Electronics and Technology, Renewable Energy, Lithium Ion

Battery.

SKILLS

• Excellent Technical (Solar) and Communication Skills

• MS Office, AUTO CAD, PV SYST,

• Project IRR Calculations/ ROI Calculations

• Good Exposure in Solar Sector

• Team Management

• Revenue Planning & financial planning

• Supply chain management & cost optimization

• Business Plan, automation & digitization of projects

• Techno-Commercial approach.

• Minimum 4-6 yrs. experience of sales in renewable energy

• Credentials of winning Big size Solar projects in the past company with a single

handed approach (of minimum 10 MW & above)

• Open to travel & late hours working as and when required

• Team player & Target oriented approach

Qualification

• BE/ B tech & MBA

TIMING & LOCATION

1. Timings will be 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (6 days)

2. Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
