As an experienced and dynamic Accounts Manager, your main focus will be on client acquisition and driving project-based Statement of Work (SOW) engagements. You should excel in establishing and nurturing relationships with mid-sized clients, understanding their business needs, and securing project-based work that fits the company's capabilities. Your role will involve a strategic sales approach, excellent relationship management, and strong business development skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, target, and acquire mid-sized clients from various industries for project-based SOW engagements. - Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet revenue and business growth targets. - Utilize market research, networking, and lead generation tools to identify potential clients. - Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. - Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, budgets, and timelines for SOW engagements. - Partner with internal teams to scope projects, prepare proposals, and ensure seamless project delivery. - Drive revenue by securing profitable SOW projects, expanding accounts, and identifying upsell opportunities. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. - Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance offerings and contribute to the company's growth strategy. **Qualifications and Skills:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 5+ years of experience in client acquisition, sales, or account management, preferably in professional services, consulting, or project-based industries. - Proven track record of successfully securing mid-sized clients and SOW-based projects. - Strong business development and negotiation skills. - Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in CRM tools, pipeline management, and proposal preparation.,
