Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Clients Acquisition Executive, your primary focus will be on acquiring new High-Value Segment (HVS) customer relationships. You will be responsible for fulfilling their needs related to Assets, Liabilities, Insurance, and Investments as mandated by the Bank. Additionally, deepening these relationships through cross-selling various products will be crucial to your role. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve personal sales targets by implementing segment-focused, customer-centric needs-based selling strategies - Develop good interpersonal skills, customer and service orientation, and banking knowledge - Demonstrate management information skills, competitive awareness, and benchmarking - Utilize excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills - Quickly grasp new concepts and be enthusiastic about meeting new customers - Coordinate customer events for the cluster in collaboration with the product team - Implement aggressive sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals - Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Manage, Lead and Protect (MLP), and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) diligently - Uphold a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud and mis-selling - Attend training sessions, acquire knowledge, and apply it to job functions - Adhere to all policies, guidelines, procedures, and local regulatory requirements - Comply with applicable money laundering prevention procedures and report any suspicious activities to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager Qualifications Required: - Client-focused approach - Ability to meet sales targets - Strong business development skills - Teamwork capabilities About Standard Chartered: Standard Chartered is an international bank with a rich history of over 170 years.
