As a Relationship Manager at Standard Chartered Bank, your role involves building and deepening relationships with existing Priority Customers to achieve an increase in share of wallet and revenues. You will provide professional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Managing the portfolio will be crucial to de-risk against attrition and achieve stability of the book. It is important to have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of profile, demographics, psychographics, and assets in the Bank and other places. You will serve as the one-point contact for High Net Worth customers of the Bank. The purpose of your role is to meet the business objectives initiated by the respective country Retail Client Business, drive customer focus need-based selling agenda to deepen customer relationships and maximize penetration, deliver budgeted regional sales target, and increase sales productivity.
