We are seeking a dynamic and driven candidate to lead and grow our credit life insurance business through our banking and lending partners. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing channel partners, integrating credit-linked life insurance offerings with loan products, meeting sales & penetration targets, coordinating policy issuance at loan disbursement, ensuring compliance, and driving awareness campaigns for credit life cover. The role demands a sales-oriented mindset, strong relationship skills, knowledge of banking and credit workflows, and the ability to deliver against targets while managing multiple stakeholders.
Acquire & manage lending partners (banks) for credit-life business.
Achieve credit-life targets: policy count, loan coverage penetration & premium volume.
Train partner branch/loan teams on product, process & documentation.
Ensure seamless policy issuance aligned with loan disbursement & operational compliance.
Maintain MIS, resolve partner escalations & support borrowers as needed.
Graduate with experience in life-insurance / credit-life / bancassurance preferred.
Strong relationship-building, communication & sales-target orientation.
Understanding of loan workflows & compliance.
