Business Development Manager

Educational Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Interact with international clients to understand business needs and provide suitable digital solutions.

• Handle inbound leads and generate outbound leads through LinkedIn, cold emails, and prospecting platforms.

• Prepare proposals, documentation, and accurate project estimates

• Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope and ensure client satisfaction.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Stay updated on web, mobile, and AI-based technology trends.

• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and revenue targets.

• Work flexibly across global time zones (North America, Europe, etc.).

Requirements:

• 2 to 6 years in International Business Development / IT Sales / Pre-Sales.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proven track record of client interaction and successful deal closures.

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technology trends.

• Analytical and proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and result-oriented.

• Experience with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).

• Willingness to work flexible hours based on global business needs
