Job Description

1.Identify new market and new potential customer. Actively involved in business planning, analysis.

2.Conduct material trial, get material approved, Interacting with team, coordinating with team, liasing with factory for effective sales of product.

3.Enquiry response and preparation of quotation.

4.Negotiation and follow up with customers for order finalization

5.Frequent visit to customer & ensure regular flow of business

6.Keep updated regards to market news, new trends, business opportunities, new application etc.

7.To develop and maintain creative, and effective sales strategies.

8.To make comparative marketing analysis and create accurate sales predictions.

9.To develop proposals for new business & can close the deals with prospects

10.Manages tracking of customers projects, monitors internal projects and communicates internally and externally

11.To offer innovative and comprehensive solutions to many complex marketing problems.

12.Leading, mentoring, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group target
