Roles and Responsibilities: As an Operations and B2B Business Development Manager at SetMyCart, you will drive the company's growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing relationships with existing ones. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and position SetMyCart as the go-to platform for D2C brands and manufacturers. Responsibilities include handling day-to-day operations, preparing emails, proposals, team management, acquiring new clients through various channels, presenting and demonstrating the company's solutions, maintaining sales pipeline data, closing business deals, building and maintaining professional relationships, identifying partnership opportunities, traveling for client meetings, tracking competitor activities, assisting clients in purchase decisions, and ensuring client satisfaction through collaboration with internal teams. Desired Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should have 0 to 3 years of experience in Operations, B2B Business Development, IT Sales, SaaS Products, and marketing activities in the SME segment. An MBA in Marketing or an Engineering degree in CS/IT is preferred. Strong business acumen, outgoing personality, confidence, excellent presentation and communication skills, convincing and negotiation skills, rapport-building, social and communication skills, patience, charm, experience in eCommerce-related products, and target-oriented mindset are key attributes for success in this role.,
