We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the Kerala region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. --- Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and generate leads through market research, networking, and digital platforms. Meet with clients (online/offline) to understand their needs and present suitable solutions. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to support customer requirements. Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients. Monitor competition and market trends to adapt business strategies. Submit weekly/monthly reports on performance and market analysis.
