Samply is India’s leading platform for product sampling and live trials

Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard FMCG, personal care, and lifestyle brands for product sampling campaigns.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted partner for brand managers and marketing heads.
  • Pitch Samply’s solutions (offline sampling, Samply Goody Bags, Samply Sample Boxes, digital trials) to prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to inform sales strategy.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in 

    Business Development / Sales / Brand Partnerships

    , preferably in FMCG, media, advertising, or events.
  • Strong network with 

    marketing decision-makers in consumer brands

     is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
