We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager / Sales Manager (Male/Female) – Food & Agri, Nutraceutical, Ayush, Herbal Testing | Multiple Locations

Cali-Labs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking ambitious and driven professionals to join our Business Development team for Testing & Calibration Services in Food & Agriculture, Nutraceutical, Ayush, Herbal, and Machinery industries.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate customer needs in assigned territories within Food, Agriculture, Nutraceutical, Ayush, Herbal, and Machinery sectors.
• Build and update client databases, understand customer applications, and propose relevant testing/calibration solutions.
• Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by regularly closing opportunities and diligent follow-ups.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and accurate daily reporting as per company policies.
• Travel within assigned territories using own two-wheeler; valid driving license required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc./M.Sc./Pharma/B.Tech/B.E/MBA). Freshers are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, email drafting, and customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professional attitude, and discipline for daily reporting.
• Passion for sales, self-motivation, and willingness to travel locally.
